Mai (top) Ty Lee (bottom)Mai: A Fire Nation general's daughter. One of Azula's best friends from childhood. She has no bending talents, but is a master with shuriken daggers. Her pinpoint accuracy is deadly and she never misses. Eventually, though she betrays Azula and the Fire Nation by helping and saving Zuko. Mai did not refuse to fight Azula when she was interrograted though she would have probably lost.
Ty Lee: A Fire Nation girl that is Azula's other best friend from childhood. She has no bending talents and uses no weapons, but she fights by hitting the enemy's pressure points in a series of rapid successful blows. This renders the opponent unable to bend or sometimes unable to move. She also betrays the Fire Nation and Azula by using her talents to render Azula useless and break up a fight between Azula and Mai.
